Ingrid Brustad is the Operations Manager at Berg-Kragerø Museum.

She is responsible for the museum collections, education, and activities at Berg-Kragerø Museum.

She holds a Cand.mag. degree from Telemark University College (1996) and a Master’s degree in History from the University of Oslo (2001), with academic focus areas in local history, medieval history, and modern gender history. She has also taken various courses in art technology and conservation at the University of Oslo and Oxford.

Ingrid has worked as a guide at Heddal Stave Church and Bø Museum, and as a museum consultant at the Kongsvinger department of Anno Museum. For several years, she worked as a teacher at various upper secondary schools in Telemark and served as head of archives in Tokke Municipality.
