Henrik is trained as an actor and has worked as a freelance actor and director.

At the Telemark Museum, he contributes to bringing the museum to life in tours and events. He receives several hundred students each year, who become wiser in terms of Ibsen, Porsgrund Porcelain, or the history of Niels Aall, to mention a few.
